AWAIC has an on-site clinician who is trauma-informed, meaning they understand the long and short-term impacts traumatic experiences can have on one’s mental health. They can help you work through mental health issues you may be experiencing and provide referrals to other services if needed.

Case Management

All survivors at AWAIC’s emergency safe shelter receive individualized case management. Our case managers also support survivors and their families who don’t require emergency shelter but may need assistance in other areas.
